Indications
Neuralgia and neuritis of toxic and non-toxic origin.
Dosage
INJECTION: Adults: 1 inj daily or on alternate days. ORAL: Adults: 3 tab/cap daily.
Advice to Patient
Take with or without meals. To prevent abdominal discomfort, take with meals.

VITAMIN B1: Absorption: Oral: Small amounts are well absorbed from GI tract. Limited absorption for doses > 5 mg. IM: Rapid absorption. Metabolism: Hepatic. Bioavailability: 3.7%-5.3%. Excretion: Urine. VITAMIN B6: Absorption: Readily absorbed from the GI tract. Metabolism: Hepatic. Half-life elimination: 15-20 days. Time to peak: 5.5 hrs. Excretion: Urine. VITAMIN B12: Absorption: IM/SC: Quickly absorbed from site of inj. Oral: Irregular absorbed from the distal small intestine. Metabolism: Hepatic. Half-life elimination: Approx. 6 days. Time to peak, plasma: IM: 1 hr. Oral: 3 hrs. IV: 3 mins. Excretion: Urine. Bile.
