Tartaric Acid Containing Antacid Effervescent Salt

Indications

Urine alkalinization as desired in UTI. Gastric flatulence, indigestion from minor gastric upset.

Dosage

Adults: 2-3 sachets dissolved in half glass of water to be taken 2-3 times daily. Children: 1 sachet dissolved in half glass of water to be taken 2-3 times daily. At least half glass of water must be taken after taking of medicine.

Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)

Pregnancy: Risk cannot be ruled out. Lactation: Caution advised or effect undetermined.
