Indications
First aid to help prevent infection and temporarily relieve pain in minor burns, cuts, nicks, scrapes, scratches and abrasions.
Dosage
Adults & Children: Clean the affected area. Apply a small amount on the affected area 1 to 3 times daily. Cover the affected area with a sterile bandage, if desired.
Adverse Effects
Nephrotoxicity, sensitization.
Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)
Precautions: Large open wounds.
Advice to Patient
Discontinue immediately and contact prescriber if there is rash or allergic reaction or if there is no improvement or worsening of condition. Avoid contact with eye, eyelids, fingers.

NEOMYCIN :Absorption: Not absorbed through intact skin. It may be absorbed from wounds, burns, or skin ulcers. Metabolism: Not metabolized. POLYMYXIN B: Absorption: Not absorbed through mucous membranes, or intact or denuded skin. Half-life elimination: 6 hrs. Prolonged in renal impairment. Excretion: Urine (60% of a dose). BACITRACIN: Absorption: Not well-absorbed from intact or denuded skin, wounds, or mucous membranes. LIGNOCAINE: Absorption: Readily absorbed from mucous membranes and through damaged skin. Poor absorption through intact skin. Metabolism: Hepatic. Bioavailability: 3%. Excretion: Urine.
