Indications

Fungal infections of oropharyngeal cavity and GI tract.

Dosage

Retain gel in mouth as long as possible then swallow. For localised lesions, apply with finger. Adults & Children: 1/2 measuring spoon 4 times daily. Infants: 1/4 measuring spoon 4 times daily.

Adverse Effects

Mild Gl upset.

Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)

Contraindications: Impaired swallowing reflex in infants, first 5 - 6 months of life of an infant born preterm. Precautions: Avoid in acute porphyria.

Interactions

Warfarin.
