Indacaterol, Glycopyrronium And Mometasone
Bronchodilator & Anti-asthma Preps: Inhalants · Antimuscarinic/Beta-2 agonist/Corticosteroid
Indications
M-Cap: Maintenance treatment of asthma not adequately controlled with a maintenance combination of a long-acting beta2-agonist and a medium or high dose of an inhaled corticosteroid who experienced one or more asthma exacerbations in the previous 12 months.
Dosage
M-Cap: Adults: One capsule to be inhaled daily. Administer at the same time each day. After inhalation, rinse mouth with water without swallowing. Max: 150/50/160 mcg once daily. Children: Not recommended.
Adverse Effects
M-Cap: Nasopharyngitis, asthma (exacerbation), upper respiratory tract infection, candidiasis, urinary tract infection, hyperglycaemia, headache, tachycardia, oropharyngeal pain, cough, dysphonia, gastroenteritis, musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms, pyrexia.
Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)
Precautions: Pregnancy. Lactation.
Interactions
M-Cap: MAOIs, TCAs, methylxanthine derivatives, steroids, non-potassium-sparing diuretics, beta-blockers.
