Indications

Symptoms and signs of cerebral insufficiency (mental deterioration) like dizziness, headache, poor concentration, disorientation, impaired memory, lack of initiative, mood depression, unsociability, difficulties with daily living activities and with self-care. Acute cerebrovascular diseases. Migraine and vascular headaches (preventive treatment only). Dizziness and vertigo of different origin.

Dosage

Adults: 2-4 mL to be diluted in a little water, twice daily preferably with meals. Children: Not recommended.

Adverse Effects

Gl upset, flushes, rash, nasal congestion, cramps, dizziness.

Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)

Precautions: Severe bradycardia.

Advice to Patient

Injected into a large muscle (in the middle of the thigh) as directed by the prescriber. Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during therapy. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for the next dose. Do not take double dose. If more than 1 dose is missed, inform prescriber.
