Indications
Scabies.
Dosage
Adults & Children: After a hot bath apply to whole body except head and face. Repeat application after 24 hr and then wash off on the following day.
Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)
Pregnancy: Risk cannot be ruled out. Lactation: Caution advised or effect undetermined. Contraindications: Acute exudative dermatitis. Precautions: Avoid eyes, mouth and broken skin.
Advice to Patient
For topical use only. Shake lotion bottle well before use. Apply lotion to whole body from chin down and cover all skin areas. Second application is done after 24 hours. Avoid medication contact with eyes, nose, mouth and inflamed skin. Take bath after 48 hours of final application. To avoid reinfestation, wash all contaminated clothings and bedsheet. Use a topical corticosteroid for dermatitis and an antihistamine for pruritus, as prescribed. Contact prescriber if no cure occurs after 2 days of treatment or if there is skin rash or irritation.

Absorption: Absorbed systemically following topical application to skin. Half-life elimination: 2.7 hrs. Excretion: Urine.
