Indications

Mild to severe dandruff, seborrhoeic dermatitis, pruritus associated with these conditions.

Dosage

To be applied on the affected area once daily.

Advice to Patient

Complete full course of treatment. Contact prescriber if there is no improvement after four weeks, increased irritation (redness, itching, burning, blistering, swelling, or oozing). Do not use occlusive dressings or wrappings.

CICLOPIROX OLAMINE: Absorption: Oral: Rapid. Topical: <5%. Metabolism: Glucuronidation. Half-life elimination: Soln 1%/Cream 0.77%/Lotion 0.77%: 1.7 hrs. Gel 0.77%: 5.5 hrs. Excretion: Urine. SALICYLIC ACID: Absorption: Rapid. Percutaneous absorption is 60% with intact skin. Half-life elimination: 2-12 hrs depending on the dose. Excretion: Urine.
