Non-specific Anti-conjunctivitis Preps · H1 receptor antagonist

Indications

Allergic Conjunctivitis.

Dosage

Adults: Instill 1 drop in each affected eye two-three times daily. Children =2 years: Same as adults. <2 yrs: Not recommended.

Adverse Effects

Hyperaemia, instillation site pain, reduced visual acuity.

Advice to Patient

Do not touch the eyelids or surrounding areas with the dropper tip of the bottle or tip of the single-use container in order to avoid injury to the eye. Do not instill drops while wearing contact lenses, remove contacts before instillation, may be reinserted 10 mins after adm.
