Indications

Burning feet syndrome, paralytic ileus, post-operative distensions, streptomycin intoxication, muscular cramp in pregnancy.

Dosage

INJECTION: Adults: 50-100 mg by IM inj daily. ORAL: Adults: 1-3 tab daily.

Pharmacokinetics

Absorption: Readily absorbed from the GI tract. Metabolism: Not metabolized. Hydrolyzed in the intestine to coenzyme A. Bioavailability: 40%-63%. Excretion: Urine (70%, unchanged). Faeces.
