Indications

Eczema, including atopic, infantile and discoid eczemas and prurigo; psoriasis; neurodermatoses, seborrhoeic dermatitis; contact sensitivity reactions; insect bites and genital intertrigo.

Dosage

A small quantity should be applied gently to the affected area two or three times daily.

Risk Factor (Pregnancy/Lactation)

Contraindications: Rosacea, acne and peri oral dermatitis, primary cutaneous viral infections. Precautions: Long term use should be avoided particularly in children. Local atrophic changes in the skin may occur occasionally. Caution during pregnancy.

Advice to Patient

Wash and dry the skin before applying cream/ointment. Apply a thin film to cover affected areas and rub gently. Wash hands thoroughly after applying unless hands are the area being treated. Do not apply for more than prescribed period of time. If you are using other medicines or moisturizers, leave half an hour between applying each product. Avoid contact of medication with eyes, nose and mouth. In case of contact, wipe off the medication and rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use airtight dressing to cover the area under treatment. Cover the treated area with a non-airtight cotton bandage or piece of clean cloth to prevent staining of skin, hair and fabric.
