Adults & Children: Apply sparingly two or more times daily.

Precautions: Large open wounds.
Pharmacokinetics
BACITRACIN: Absorption: Not well-absorbed from intact or denuded skin, wounds, or mucous membranes. POLYMYXIN B: Absorption: Not absorbed through mucous membranes, or intact or denuded skin. Half-life elimination: 6 hrs. Prolonged in renal impairment. Excretion: Urine (60% of a dose). LIGNOCAINE: Absorption: Readily absorbed from mucous membranes and through damaged skin. Poor absorption through intact skin. Metabolism: Hepatic. Bioavailability: 3%. Excretion: Urine.
